When callers call your number

When callers call your XOIP number, they are greeted by your personal greeting, where you invite them to leave a message or send a fax.

Accessing your messages from your own phone

Dial your XOIP number from your own phone.  If your called-id is recognised XOIP will begin playing your messages.

Accessing your messages from a different phone

Dial your own XOIP number.  You will hear a message inviting you to leave a voicemail.

• Press *
• Enter your numeric PIN.

You will be taken to the main menu.

Listening to voicemail messages

Pressing the following key has the following action

4	Play the previous message
5	Repeat the current message
6	Play the next message

7	Delete the current message

*	Help
#	Exit

When a message is being played, you can press

*	To rewind the message
#	To fast forward the message

When you have listened to a message, it is automatically moved to 'Old messages'.

Once you have recorded your message, you can press

1	To accept the recording
2	To listen to the recording
3	To re-record the message
